Dippy Cookies (Speculoos)

  • 2 Cups flour
  • 1 Tbsp cinnamon
  • 1 tsp ginger
  • 1 tsp nutmeg
  • 1 tsp cloves
  • 1/2 tsp allspice
  • 1/4 tsp baking powder
  • 1/4 tsp baking soda
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1 cup butter
  • 1/2 cup white sugar
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • vanilla extract
  • anise extract
  1. mix
  2. chill
  3. roll to 3mm
  4. cut
  5. bake at 375 fan for 15-18 minutes
